Because every magnet is made to order with your photos, each order goes through a short production window before it ships. Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.

Production time does not include transit time. Your total delivery window is production time plus the shipping speed you select at checkout.

We ship via USPS and UPS depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after production. Expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping carriers and transit times can vary based on your location. Rural addresses and P.O. boxes may experience slightly longer delivery windows.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Stocking up on magnets for gifts or a special occasion? Ordering a multi-pack is a great way to hit the free shipping threshold and save on delivery.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your magnets every step of the way. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order is picked up by the carrier.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 6 business days of placing your order, please reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Local pickup may be available depending on your location. If you're interested in picking up your order in person, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange the details.

Pickup orders are typically ready within the same 3–5 business day production window.

During major holidays — especially Thanksgiving through New Year's — production and carrier transit times may be longer than usual due to high order volume across the industry. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance during peak seasons to ensure timely delivery.

We'll do our best to communicate any known delays on our social channels and via email. When in doubt, order early — magnets make great gifts and they never expire.
